Britney's decline was long and public; highlights included her outing as a non-virgin, a Vegas marriage (quickly annulled) to childhood friend Jason Alexander and a second marriage to K-Fed that resulted in two children and a text message divorce. This was followed by a period of rapid decline and she really hit rock-bottom in 2007 when she shaved her head then assaulted the paparazzi with an umbrella. Things are looking slightly better for Britney and her new bikini body lately.
