Ricky Martin

Enrique Martín Morales (born December 24, 1971),[1] better known by his stage name Ricky Martin, is a Puerto Rican pop singer and actor who achieved prominence, first as a member of the Latin boy band Menudo, then as a solo artist after 1991.
During his career he has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide.[2] He is the founder of Ricky Martín Foundation (in Spanish Fundación Ricky Martin) a non-profit charity organization.

Career

Ricky Martin rose to fame as a member of the Latin American boy band Menudo, after which he became a solo artist in 1990. He is considered a major star in the world of Latin pop and is considered to have opened the doors for some of his fellow Latin American singers.[citation needed]
Martin has been nominated one of the 50 Most Beautiful People in the World by People magazine and its sister magazine People en Español in 2000 and 2006.
Early solo work
After completing high school, Martin left San Juan and moved to New York City. Later, Martin moved to Mexico city where he started acting. He first in a musical-theater in 1989 named Mis Tennis Rojos (My red tennis shoes) next to Angelica Vale and then followed another theater productions Mama Ama el Rock (Mom Loves Rock). He then participated in a telenovela (soap opera) titled Alcanzar Una Estrella II (Reach for a Star 2) next to Sasha Sökol. Out of this soap opera a musical group was formed named Muñecos de Papel in which he was one of the 6 members; they toured several cities in Mexico and recorded 2 albums. His main single was Juego de Ajedrez. A film based on the tv-series was also produced in which Martin played Pablo, earning a Heraldo Award in 1993.
While acting in Mexico, Martin was signed to Sony Discos, the company's Latin imprint, in 1990. He released his first solo album, the Spanish-language Ricky Martin, in 1991, which included the single "Fuego Contra Fuego." The hit release earned Gold records in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Puerto Rico, and he performed a string of sold-out concert dates across South America.
In 1993, Martin released his second solo album, Me Amarás, which featured a Spanish-language cover of the Laura Branigan hit "Self Control", as "Que Día Es Hoy", and sold more than a million copies worldwide.
Martin moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1994 and landed a role as bartender and singer Miguel Morez in the American soap opera General Hospital.
Breakthrough
In 1995, Martin refocused on his music career, and his third album, A Medio Vivir, would be a major international breakthrough. With this album, Martin made a shift from formulaic hit ballads to a more risky fusion of music centered around traditional Latin sounds, epitomized by the hit "Maria". "Maria" broke Martin into Europe via Spain.[7] The single went to number one and became one of the biggest hits of the year in France and Belgium, hitting the Top 10 throughout Europe and even making its way into the lower reaches of the U.S. Hot 100.[8] With the ballad "Te Extraño, Te Olvido, Te Amo", Martin furthered his expansion from Latin American and Spanish-speaking audiences to the European and Asian markets, and several other tracks hit the Latin Pop Airplay charts.[9] The album went Gold in the U.S., Switzerland and Finland, Platinum in France, and 4X Platinum in Spain.
After the conclusion of a worldwide tour, Martin returned to New York to appear in a Broadway theatre production for the first time, joining the cast of the hit musical Les Miserables to play the romantic lead, Marius Pontmercy.
While on Broadway, Martin returned to the studio and recorded his fourth album, Vuelve. The title track and the ballad "Perdido Sin Ti" both hit number one on the Hot Latin Tracks and Latin Pop Airplay charts, with further hits including "La Bomba" and "Corazonado". The album's pinnacle, however, was "La Copa de la Vida", which Martin made a major hit in an English version when he was chosen to sing the anthem of the 1998 FIFA World Cup. "The Cup of Life"/"La Copa de la Vida" reached number one on the charts in 60 countries. The song went Platinum in France, Sweden and in Australia, where it ultimately became the number one single of the year. The song was awarded "Pop Song of the Year" at the 1999 Premio Lo Nuestro awards.[10] Martin was nominated for a Grammy Award for the album, and was booked to sing on the show's live TV broadcast. The now-legendary performance of "The Cup of Life" stopped the show, earning Martin an unexpected standing ovation and introducing the star to the mainstream American audience.[11][12] Martin capped off the evening by winning the award for Best Latin Pop Performance. Vuelve became Martin's first Top 40 album on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart in the U.S., where it was certified Platinum by the RIAA. The album notably went to #1 in Norway for three weeks, going on to sell eight million copies worldwide.[13]
Crossover to English
After several years as a major star in Spanish-speaking countries, Martin prepared his first English album in 1999. The self-titled album contained material by producers such as Desmond Child, Diane Warren, William Orbit, George Noriega and his longtime childhood friend (producer/singer) Robi Draco Rosa. The album also featured special guests Madonna (on the Spanish-English duet "Be Careful (Cuidado con mi Corazón)") and Meja (Private Emotion). As Turkey was one of the countries where Martin's popularity was at its peak, he sang the song with Sertab Erener, Turkish winner of the 2003 Eurovision Song Contest, instead of Meja in Turkish versions of the album.
The first and most prominent single was "Livin' la Vida Loca," which reached number one in many countries around the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, France, Greece, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Guatemala, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, and South Africa. He followed up with the hit "She's All I Ever Had" which peaked at #2 on The Billboard Hot 100. This album became one of the top-selling albums of 1999, and was certified 7 times platinum, selling over 22 million copies worldwide to date.
After the success of Ricky Martin, a new English-language album, Sound Loaded, was released in November 2000. Though the album did debut in the top ten (number four), it failed to reach number one. Three singles were released from Sound Loaded: the first was "She Bangs," which was followed by a duet with Christina Aguilera called "Nobody Wants to Be Lonely". Unlike the first two singles released from Ricky Martin, neither of the first two singles from this album reached the U.S. Top Ten on Billboard's Hot 100; they reached twelve and thirteen respectively. The third single, "Loaded" reached ninety-seven on Billboard's Hot 100. Sound Loaded eventually sold two million copies in the U.S.
In 2001, Martin released a Spanish Greatest Hits album entitled La Historia, which went to number one in the Latin Charts and stayed there for five weeks. The album contained reworkings of two of his early songs Fuego contra fuego and El amor de mi vida. In the same year, he released his English greatest hits album, The Best of Ricky Martin, which went on to sell over one million copies. The album contained no new material save for two remixes of the track Amor. Both remixes were released to radio in some European countries and a single was also released.
In 2003, Martin released a new Spanish album "Almas del Silencio" ("Souls of Silence"). The first single, "Tal Vez", went to number one on the Latin Charts and stayed there for twelve weeks. He said of the new album: "I really needed to go back to focus, to my center, to the beginning. I had the need to search within, and really dig deep, and find those emotions that, because of the adrenaline and the euphoria that I lived for a couple of years, were probably sabotaged."[14] Almas del Silencio debuted at number twelve on the Billboard 200, reached number one on the Latin Albums charts and stayed there for six weeks. The next singles, "Jaleo" and "Y Todo Queda en Nada", reached number one on the Latin Charts, and the album sold more than 1 million copies worldwide.[15]
On October 11, 2005, Martin released his first English language album since 2000's Sound Loaded and the tenth album of his career. Most of the songs on the album, called Life, were co-written by Martin. He commented on the album: "I was really in touch with my emotions. I think this album is very multi-layered, just like life is. It's about feeling anger. It's about feeling joy. It's about feeling uncertainty. It's about feeling. And all my emotions are part of this production."[16] The album debuted at number six on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. The first single from the album was "I Don't Care"/"Qué Más Da", featuring guest appearances by Fat Joe, Amerie and drummer Joseph Quevedo "Joey Q".
Another single was released "Drop It on Me", which did not chart. Soon after, Martin announced his Latin American tour called Una Noche con Ricky Martin/One Night Only, promoting his latest album Life. Starting in Latin America, the tour premiered on November 15 in Mexico City. After finishing the first leg of the tour (which included Latin America and the U.S.), he released his next single, "It's Alright" (Spanish version: "Déjate Llevar"). A different version appeared in France, which included additional vocals by French R&B singer M. Pokora. The song went to number 4 in France.[17]
Martin performed at the 2006 Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony in Turin. A few days later, he announced the second leg of his world tour (which included Europe and Africa) called One Night Only/Una Noche Con Ricky Martin World Tour. The second leg started on April 21 in Manchester, U.K., and ended on June 3 in Tel Aviv, Israel, including shows that sold-out in two hours (Italy and Finland). In addition, he performed at the World Cup Fan Party in Berlin (Brandenburger Tor) on June 7, 2006, and at Lebanon's Beiteddine Festival on May 27 at the BIEL seafront hall in Beirut and on May 28 in Egypt , his first concerts in the Arab world following a promise to Queen Noor on his 2005 visit to the Arab Conference in Jordan. During this visit, he recorded an Arabic/Spanglish version of "Drop It on Me" and "Enta Omri" with Arabic pop star Cheb Mami. An anticipated 8 month tour ended early due to a lack of advertising.
In 2007, Martin began a international promotional tour titled Blanco y Negro[18] which included a performance at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and concluded with a presentation at the Madison Square Garden on October 14, 2007[18] In 2008, Martin released a greatest hits album entitled Ricky Martin 17.
In June 2009, the singer announced he was working on a new studio album, the first since 2005's Life.[citation needed] The album will feature tracks in both English and Spanish.[citation needed] His collaborators include producer Lester Mendez.[citation needed] It would be his 9th studio album and his 11th album overall.
MTV Diary and MTV Unplugged

MTV aired "MTV Diary: Ricky Martin" in November 2006, showcasing scenes from the "One Night Only" tour, on the road and onstage. MTV Latin America and MTV Tr3́s co-produced the "Ricky Martin MTV Unplugged" show to be taped in Miami on August 17, 2006 and premiered on MTV Latin America, MTV Tr3́s and MTV Puerto Rico in October 2006.
"Ricky Martin MTV Unplugged" was released by Sony BMG on November 7, 2006 in both separate CD and DVD formats, and in May 2007, was re-released together in a CD/DVD combo-package. Available exclusively at Wal-Mart with the original CD purchase is a separate Ricky Martin DVD titled "Making of Ricky Martin MTV Unplugged", which includes a 40 minute behind the scenes documentary and the music video to "Tu Recuerdo". (It should be noted the music video for "Tu Recuerdo" is just an extracted live performance of the song from MTV Unplugged.)
The first single of the album, "Tu Recuerdo", featuring La Mari from Chambao, reached number one on the U.S. Latin Charts. The album debuted at number one on the U.S. Latin Charts and number thirty-eight on Billboard 200.
This album includes Puerto Rican influences, particularly "Tu Recuerdo" (based mainly on a Puerto Rican "aguinaldo jíbaro",[19] and finishing with an "aguinaldo orocoveño"[20]) and "Pégate", a Puerto Rican plena. Christian Nieves plays the Puerto Rican cuatro on both tracks. Viento de agua and Joseph Quevedo played the plena drums in "Pégate".

Madonna (born Madonna Louise Ciccone; August 16, 1958) is an American recording artist, actress and entrepreneur. Born in Bay City, Michigan, and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan, she moved to New York City in 1977, for a career in modern dance. After performing as a member of the pop groups Breakfast Club and Emmy, she released her debut album, Madonna, in 1983 on Sire Records.
A series of hit singles from her next studio albums, Like a Virgin (1984) and True Blue (1986), established her as a pop icon. She pushed the boundaries of lyrical content in mainstream popular music and imagery in her music videos, which became a fixture on MTV. Her recognition was further raised by the film Desperately Seeking Susan (1985) which was widely seen as a Madonna vehicle despite her not playing the lead. Utilizing religious imagery in her fourth studio album Like a Prayer (1989), Madonna was praised by critics for her diverse musical productions while at the same time religious conservatives and the Vatican criticized her. In 1992, Madonna founded the Maverick corporation as a joint venture with Time Warner. The same year, she incorporated sexually explicit material in her work, with the studio album Erotica, the coffee table book Sex and the erotic thriller film Body of Evidence, all of which received negative responses from conservatives and liberals alike.
1996 saw Madonna play the starring role in the film Evita for which she won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. Her seventh studio album, Ray of Light (1998), became one of her most critically acclaimed, recognized for its lyrical depth. Four studio albums followed during the 2000s—Music (2000), American Life (2003), Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005) and Hard Candy (2008)—all of which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. Departing from Warner Bros. Records, Madonna signed an unprecedented $120 million contract with Live Nation in 2007. The next year, she began her Sticky & Sweet Tour, which was extended till 2009, and went on to become the highest-grossing tour ever for a solo artist.
According to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry, Madonna has sold more than 200 million albums worldwide. She is ranked by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) as the best-selling female rock artist of the 20th century, and the second top-selling female artist in the United States behind Barbra Streisand, with 64 million certified albums. Guinness World Records listed her as the world's most successful female recording artist of all time. In 2008, Billboard magazine ranked Madonna at number two behind only The Beatles, on the "Billboard Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists", making her the most successful solo artist in the history of the chart. She was also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Considered to be one of the most influential figures in contemporary music, Madonna is known for continually reinventing both her music and image, and for retaining a standard of autonomy within the recording industry.

Ajay Devgan seeking for Neeti?

Apparently Ajay Devgan is all upset with his buddy Prakash jha for not including him in the promo’s of the much controversial film ‘Raajneeti’. Like you can see poor AJ has been missing from all of the promos and te focus has been more on the lovey-dovey hotties Ranbir kapoor and bollywood’s top beauty Katrina Kaif (not that we are complaining).

One of the sources revealed that Mr. AJ didn’t react first. But later on when it became much apparent about promoting Ranbir-Kats romantic angle that he was believed to have said Prakash Jha that “the movie is promoted as a romantic film while essentially the film is a political one”. Ajay didn’t want the audience to be cheated into thinking that the film is a romantic one. How noble of Ajay.

Ajay’s friend thinks that ‘he had been taken for granted’ ..with this and other ‘bla- bla’ finally Mr. Jha has got to say this “I love Ajay as much as I love myself and can never sideline him. I don’t think there’s any issue”. Well, we sure hope so too.

Abhishek Proud To Be A Gay Icon

Now that Dostana is has had phenomenal success at the box office worldwide, Abhishek Bachchan has no qualms in declaring that its a matter of pride for him that he is regarded as a Gay Icon by homosexuals.
He says, “I’m very happy with that. Why should I be surprised or shocked? I think homosexuals are as human as anyone else. It’s a matter of great pride if I’m their icon,” said Abhishek. Abhishek Bachchan And Aishwarya Rai Separated!

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai had been totally cut off over the last few days thanks to Mani Ratnam’s shooting venue in the jungles of Kerala that rendered the couple totally inaccessible to the world.

Jaya Bachchan fell ill last week and this left the leading couple of Mani Ratnam’s film with no choice but to take a day off from shooting. When Abhishek left with Rakeysh Mehra to Dubai he was absolutely out of contact with dear wife Aishwarya and not only family every one in the industry could not access the couple who seem separated from the rest of the world.

Says Abhishek, “This wouldn’t have been possible if we weren’t for the fact that we wrapped up shooting at one location and we were moving to another location. So that gave me manoeuvring power.
It’s not so much the distance but the inaccessibility. Out there in the jungles me and Aishwarya were totally cut off from Mumbai and the rest of the world. That really had us worried about the family.”
Directors Sanjay Bansali and Vipul Shah got extremely frustrated because they wanted to lock Aishwarya’s dates before she commits to someone else.

“I’ve been trying to contact Aishwarya for weeks. She’s totally unreachable. I’m willing to fly down wherever she is. Now if she’s moving to Ooty she’d be more accessible,” says a desperate Vipul Shah.

Bachchans Are Proud of Aishwarya!

Amitabh Bachchan expressed his feelings on his blog on daughter-in-law Aishwarya’s felicitation with the Padmashree Award.

“Aishwarya’s Padma decoration is the fifth in the family. My father received Padmabhushan, myself with (two) Padmashri and Padmabhushan and Jaya was receipient of Padmashri. Five Padma awardees in one family. God is generous and kind,” Bachchan wrote in his blog.
We hope Abhi gets the sixth one… sooner or

katrian showing some thing

Katrina Kaif

Sexy Katrina Kaif is naturally voluptuous and quite curvy with the right amount of flesh at the right places. Though she has a western look, she has a body that can be every Indian’s fantasy. According to a research, people who dislike Aishwarya’s sexiness are turned on by Katrina Kaif’s rich and ravishing curves. Katrina Kaif has a face which anyone would fall in love with. Her sexuality exudes a charm that is romantically warm not blazing hot. She is a woman you would love to marry. Of course, the dream is a near reality for one person-Salman Khan.

Katrina Kaif exposed her abundant sexy cleavage quite enticingly in Boom, her debut movie…But Boom went bust! And no Katrina’s bust was not responsible for the movie to hit the dust!

The shy girl Katrina Kaif has come from the modeling background and has no qualms about exposing. However, she is strictly against minimal wear and wearing bold outfits just for an item number or for a mindless song or bedroom scene which has no relevance to the plot of the movie. Katrina has always been fully clothed in her personal life and also keeps a limit to the amount of ‘revealing’ in movies. Katrina Kaif is more interested in performing and likes to be a part of films which show her acting persona rather than her cleavage and thighs. If her boyfriend Salman Khan is also a stickler for clean comedy films and against on-screen kissing, girlfriend Katrina Kaif is also in the same lines –shaking her head negatively for on-screen smooches and excess display of flesh.

Here is what Katrina Kaif has quoted in a tabloid with her views of exposing for movies:

"It's not my style to either wear minimum clothes, to strip or to even be comfortable with a sex-symbol label. I just want to do good work instead of sporting such meaningless tags. Sex sells, but to a small extent, not always. And this is what filmmakers have to accept. The exposure has to be relevant to the film and its characters and not forced for the sake of titillation. On the contrary, some of the greatest Indian films have been devoid of all these sexual trappings. I know my comfort zone in today's Indian culture and society."

Preity Zinta

Preity Zinta got a nice resonant tight slap by her co-star while she was shooting for her film ‘Heaven On Earth’ and she said its the most humiliating experience of her life.

“When we were shooting the film, there was a scene where my co-star had to slap me and, of course, it was a mistake as he took one step forward and actually went smack across my face. It was the most humiliating experience of my life because everyone saw me getting slapped,” Preity told IANS.
But this mishap, Preity says, has brought her closer to her role in the film, that bagged her the prestigious Silver Hugo Award for best actress in the Feature Film Competition section at the 44th Chicago International Film Festival.

“It changed my whole perception towards my role and I realised that it’s so terrible to strip a woman of her spirit. It’s better to die than to let your spirit die. This film took me to another zone; it just shattered me because I am someone who would immediately stand up for myself,” she said.
Guess that slap was lucky for Preity because it not just improved her performance but also got her an International Award.
Priety Zinta is really in love with Salman Khan, nope not the real Salman but the reel Salman with his Jat Punjabi look in their forthcoming flick Heroes. Preity has worked with Salman in several films but she complimented that he looks his best in heroes.

Cool...The woman who is known for her tangy but frank quotes had once said, "only SRK and Sex Sell in Bollywood' Neha Dhupia's statement about one night stands comes close on the heels of Celina Jaitley talking about being virgin till her marriage and Neetu Chandra wanting to relieve her virginity soon. Here are excerpts of the interview:

What’s your take on one-night stands?

The problem with one-night stands is that you end up hurting so many people. As long as you are not hurting any one, it’s fine.
In Raat Gayi Baat Gayi you have a onenight stand with a married man...
There are seven characters in the film! Why do you assume it’s my character who’s had the one-night stand? Are you assuming that because I am attractive... Not fair!

Do you think the Indian audience is opening up to sex in movies?

Dev D was a big hit. Indian audiences are open to fantastic scripts. Raat Gayi... is a funny kind of a thrilling experience that takes you through a drunken night. You don’t really know what happened last night. The film is packed with a lot of emotions and it is very relatable. You can relate to one or the other character.

Celina Jaitley:I will be a Virgin Till Marriage

While Neetu Chandra does not want to be a virgin, Celina Jaitley thinks that she will be a virgin till marriage. God knows why these actresses are raking up virginity issues. Anyway, we must admit that Celina Jaitley has one sexy quality: HONESTY.

At a recently held promotional event for her new movie, Accident On Hill Road on TV channel Zoom.Celina gave some of the honest replies you have ever heard from a woman. When asked how sexuality.

In Indian cinema and in our society has undergone a change, she replied, “I feel sex never changes.Sex is the same, like it was ten years ago, (or) during the Kamasutra days. Even now it’s the same. What has changed is that people want to be politically correct or diplomatic while talking on this subject today.”

Later, while facing the obvious question on female virginity, Celina gave a no-holds-barred reply, “Human beings are hypocritical! We all are. Myself included. I am going to call myself a virgin till I get married. As simple as that. Yes, I am hypocritical and every actress who comes here will say the same. So you got to take my word for it.” Okay, we are flattered

Sameera Reddy: I love the Male Anatomy

Sameera Reddy got bold and talked about men and her moves in one of her Stardust interviews.
Check out the spicy but honest interview from a girl who has her head secure on her pretty shoulders:

Do you get excited by naked men?

Look, it varies from woman to woman. While some get sexually excited watching naked men, it doesn't work for me. I was curious about the male anatomy when I was young and thought it was the most erotic thing in the world. But now I am mature enough to control my emotions. In fact women by and large are better at keeping themselves in check than men ever can. However if the sight of an unclothed body turns a woman on, well, that's perfectly natural

Why do women get tagged as sluts or promiscuous when they speak openly about sex or the relationships they are in, while men get away with the tag of a Casanova?

It’s very sad and hypocritical but at the same time I have to agree that it has been in our culture. This segregation for men and women has always been there. So I can’t blame people for thinking like that because that’s what you grow up looking at. But right now, systems are changing as women are becoming empowered and they know what they can do and not do and can fight for it. But I agree that there is an issue with the way women are perceived.

If infidelity was the only way to be with someone you consider your soul mate, would you go for it?

If I meet the man of my dreams, I don’t think I will look outside. I personally feel that you can love people in different ways and I think it’s inhuman to just love one person and say that I would never love someone else. There are different ways of loving people – there is friendship and there’s attraction too. I think in a marriage, you always end up trying to believe that there is only going to be this one person. There are going to be many people in life who will come to test you. I personally believe that when you make a choice of being with one person, you should stick with that person. Because the other person who will come and go will be the infatuation – he or she will be the test that will come to shake you a bit but you have to let go. Considering that person a soul mate is a perception in our heads.

What would you do if your friend’s husband/boyfriend made a pass at you? Would you tell your friend about it?

Uhh! This has happened to me and I have made a big mistake of actually telling the friend and ended up losing that friend. It has not worked for me. Because I guess in a relationship people don’t like to point fingers at your own spouse or at your partner so you always use your friend to point your finger at. So honesty is not always the best policy in this situation. The last time it happened to me, I had distanced myself from them. They never understood and they never will. Actually, I’ve faced three such incidents. The first time, I lost my friend; the second time, the friend believed me and checked out on her guy and later found out that had many affairs; the third time, I stayed out and decided it was none of my business.

Have you ever taken back a cheating partner? Will you?

Wow! Actually, I met a guy recently who told me, ‘Sam, if you think that men in your past have been faithful to you then you have been mistaken because if you think the person you have been with was loyal to you then you are living in a dream world.’ Honestly I have never encountered any situation where I felt that the person was cheating on me. Probably I am blessed or maybe I am ignorant. So if it happens, I wouldn’t know how I would react. I think communication is the most important thing in a relationship. I am a person who is open about things. If my guy comes to me and says he’s attracted to someone else and wants to leave me, I’ll be okay with it. I can’t handle a liar. I really respect honesty.

What’s your take on moral policing?

I think it’s absolutely silly and annoying and I cannot believe it. People are so scared of their society changing and they are so insecure about these so-called bad habits. I personally feel that if you have brought up your family or your community in a certain way then you shouldn’t be scared that an outside influence will shake it up. Why do you have to sit and put this pardah? If the so-called influences are there and if you are strong enough with your principles then you wouldn’t get led by them. So why sit and moral police them?

Have you ever been ashamed of or regretted being in a relationship?

In life, I have not regretted anything. Absolutely nothing! Every relationship – be it with a friend or a boyfriend or a family member – makes you stronger and then you realize that there is so much more for you to learn.

In Malaysia, you got into a scuffle with the security guys of a political leader. Do you think a pretty face is a vulnerable target?

I asked the guy over there, ‘If I were in a burkha, would you have done that?’ And the guy just looked at me and didn’t know what to answer. In Malaysia, there are a lot of Muslim women in burkhas. I had come from shooting and I was wearing this dress and a jacket and I had these big headphones on and they thought I was a Westerner. I think that was the reason why he misbehaved.

Will you use sex as a weapon in a relationship?

I think there are a lot of messed up people in this world. I think the lesser said the better. It’s not about sex or love; it’s about negativity. People live in this negative bubble and this gets worse and they get stuck in a rut because they are so unhappy. I hate these negative people and I hate this negativity issue.

What’s your take on one-night-stands?

I absolutely don’t agree with it because I will never indulge in it but everybody has their own principles and limitations. Personally I cannot even relate to it or the people who do it. I don’t think less of anyone who does it because I don’t judge people. That is one of my traits my friends love me for. I won’t judge you even if you come to me and tell me that you have done the most horrible thing in the world.

What are your views on homosexuality?

You know, I was told that as an actor, I should really think 100 times before talking about the homosexual movement because I would be a small part of the system that believes there’s nothing wrong about it. Most of the polls say that a normal Indian person is repulsed by the fact that this exists. And I randomly asked a few people from different communities and they said, ‘What’s all this?

This is changing our society; changing our norms.’ It was then that I realized that India needs to change the systems and people are so comfortable with what they know and don’t want to believe anything apart from it. I think homosexuality is something that is natural. And if two people want to be together, it’s their choice. As long as they are not coming into your home or being outlandish at your doorstep, you have no right to say anything.

To each his own and I am so happy that finally the government has taken some steps. I recently met someone who is a normal guy and goes to college. He said, ‘I live in a joint family and I am appalled at what’s happening’. When I asked him if he thought all this was wrong, he said, ‘Of course it’s wrong.’ So when half of educated India thinks like that then of course the government of India is going to have a tough time. To me, any man who is homophobic is scared that he will turn homosexual.

What if one of your closest friends came out of the closet and said she was in love with you. How would you react?

I had a friend of mine whom I grew up with and she lived abroad. In summer vacations I used to hang out with her and suddenly when she was 18, she told me that she was a lesbian. She didn’t say she was in love with me or anything but when she said that, in my head, I thought of all the girlie things that we had done together. Then I realized that I couldn’t be judgmental. She also told me, ‘You are my friend and I also want you to know that this is my choice but I have never looked at you like that because you are like my sister.’ So I was relieved at that point in time. We are still friends but I had to make that slight switch in my head. But she didn’t hit on me or was in love with me or anything. I do get hit on by women and I found it funny earlier. But now I feel very flattered and it’s cool.

In a hypothetical scenario, if you woke up one fine day and realized you were gay, would you come out to your parents?

I am very honest with my family. My dad was like this simple south Indian guy and we have changed the poor guy so much in these years. For someone who didn’t even like me wearing tights I have really changed his mind. All of us have been very honest with our dad. If he had his way, we would have been married off when we were 20-21 to a nice Reddy boy. If there is something I have to tell him, I will. I can tell him anything and everything. But this scenario is not a possibility though, because the male anatomy is too beautiful. Men are outstandingly complex and fantastic. They are like a lifelong mission so I don’t think I would want to look at women.

Have you ever discussed the men in your life with you family?
Maybe with my mom but my father and me share a very strange relationship. He knows that if it’s really serious, I will come home with the guy and I have only done it once and it was a huge mistake. So I am very particular that now if I get the next one, it’s going to be it. My mom is not cool about all this. Her heart breaks every time my heart breaks but I have been single for quite a while now so she is worried. She wants me to be happy.

What’s your take on live-in relationships?

I can’t comment on live-in relationships because right now, the marriage situation is so messed up and people in general are so easily giving up on relationships because of the options out there. There are going to be issues because you are getting into somebody’s space. So whether you are living-in together or getting married, it’s the same thing. The only thing in marriage is that you are not going to give up that easily like in a live-in. You have space issues in every relationship.

And I don’t mean physically; I mean mental space. People don’t leave each other. Couples don’t let each other be. They are always insecure and because of that, they put their insecurities on each other and that’s where the biggest issues stem from. Especially in India men show their love through possessiveness, which is a big problem. They feel that’s the way to show love but in fact, that’s the recipe for a big disaster. Honestly, live-in relationships are just excuses for not dealing with these issues. I think I can write a book on this.

Why is there a fascination for bad boys and bitches?

I think because when you get something too easily, which is picture perfect, you always want to destroy it. We dramatize our life because we want to distract ourselves from the issues of today. So we constantly want drama in our life because we are constantly thinking about the future and worrying about the past. We’re not dealing with the present. When you have a bad boy or a bitch then you are constantly dealing with the drama and you are ignoring the issues on hand. The fact that you never know what’s going to happen and that excitement is what keeps you going.

If your partner falls for your best friend and they date behind your back, who will dump first – your partner or your best friend?

I will dump both; I won’t even bother. I don’t want anybody in my life that’s not good for me, whether it is friends or relationships. Because I am very possessive about my positive energy and I have truckloads of it. So if there is someone who is going to bother me, that person is gone from my life. I will never take him or her back.

Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma (Kannada: ಅನುಶ್ಕಾ ಶರ್ಮಾ, Hindi: अनुष्का शर्मा, pronounced [ənʊʂkaː ˈʃərmaː]; born 1 May 1988)[2] is an Indian actress and former model who appears in Bollywood films. In 2008, she made her screen debut in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, directed by Aditya Chopra.

She studied in Army School and graduated with specialization in arts from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.[4] She then moved to Mumbai to further her modeling career, where she currently resides.

Modeling
Sharma says she originally wished to make it big in the modeling world but had no strong aspirations for films.[4] She began her modeling career at the Lakme Fashion Week as a model for Wendell Rodricks's Les Vamps Show and was picked to be Rodricks's finale model at the Spring Summer '07 Collection. Her first acting role was in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi opposite Shahrukh Khan. The film was a huge success and her performance was appreciated. Film critic Taran Adarsh said, "Anushka looks the character and surprises you with a confident performance. It's no small achievement to share screen space with an actor of the calibre of SRK and Anushka manages it very well from start to end." Her second film, Badmaash Company, also under Yash Raj Films, was released on May 7, 2010. She was praised for breaking out of the shell of the conservative and homely Taani to play the feisty and independent Bulbul, and her performance was applauded. Harshita Kohli of StarBoxOffice.com said, "Anushka Sharma goes from Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi housewife to super hot chic in Badmaash Company...Her acting is under stated and there are no histrionics that you normally associated with females in Bollywood films which makes it a pleasant surprise."[6]

Patiala House is scheduled to be released near Diwali 2010.[7] She has also started filming for her third Yash Raj Film, directed by Maneesh Sharma and costarring debutant Ranveer Singh.[8]

Kashmira Shah: I am very demanding in bed

Kashmira Shah knows how to melt you with her scorching, sexy words. Not to mince any words and in no mood to be coy, the sultry Kashmira Shah gives you a piece of what she wants..beware the post may leave some of you go to the bathroom. This is an interview from Showtime magazine:

On Govinda's family's resentment towards her...
Krishna and I are both very modern in our thinking. Krishna didn't have to take his family's approval to bed me so I don't think he should be taking their permission to wed me. He has been very honest with his father and also with me. His uncle Govinda's family stopped him from coming to their house. But Krishna never sat on their doorstep begging and pleading them to let him in. The last time he was invited he told them he would come over if I was also invited for the family gathering. I have never had an affair with any of their family members, so why are they so against me?

The sexy tag
Sex is always on everyone's mind - 90 per cent of the men have already looked at me 90 times and I can decipher their imagination visualising me being naked on the bed with them. India is the only country wherein a sexy body could be your worst liability. The Kamasutra has taught the world how to f*** and yet we are trying to cover up our intense sexual fantasies by keeping it hidden under sheets or behind curtains. Knowing three positions out of 69 is not enough; try at least 24 positions if you really want to experience pleasure. I suggest you should ask the men who have slept with me.

If I am sexually attracted to a man, I will sleep with him. You may be the worst looking man but if there is something attractive about you, I may go ahead. Looks don't matter, bed performance does. I am very demanding in bed. It takes a real man to satisfy me as I am very chanchal... Krishna knows exactly how to dominate me without me knowing that I am being dominated.

On Rakhi Sawant
Rakhi is never going to be more successful than me because I am always way ahead of her. When we are together, you will get the feeling that she is shitting in her pants. The main difference between me and Rakhi is that when she cries onscreen, the whole world laughs at her. When I cry, the whole world cries with me

Shahid Kapoor sucess

Shahid Kapoor (Hindi: शाहिद कपूर; born on 25 February 1981[1]) is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood films as well as a trained dancer.
Starting off his career by working in music videos and advertisements, Kapoor made his Bollywood debut as a background dancer in Subhash Ghai's Taal (1999). Four years later, he made his debut as a lead in Ishq Vishk (2003) and won a Filmfare Best Male Debut Award for his performance. Following through with acclaimed performances in films like Fida (2004) and Shikhar (2005), he had his first commercial success with Sooraj R. Barjatya's Vivah (2006), and followed it up with Jab We Met (2007) and Kaminey (2009) which are also his biggest commercial successes so far.

Early career, until 2005
Before starting off his career as an actor, Kapoor worked in several music videos and ads, including the Pepsi commercial with Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji post Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). While doing so, he decided to join the Shiamak Davar Institute for the Performing Arts (SDIPA), where he was later seen in Subhash Ghai's film Taal (1999) as a background dancer in the song Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jawe along with actress Aishwarya Rai and in Dil To Pagal Hai (1999) of Yash Raj banner with actress Karisma Kapoor.
In 2003, Kapoor played his first leading role as Rajiv Mathur, a carefree young man in Ken Ghosh's moderately successful love story Ishq Vishk.[2] Appearing opposite Amrita Rao and Shenaz Treasurywala, the film was well received by audiences and Kapoor's performance earned him a Filmfare Best Male Debut Award. Film critic Taran Adarsh from indiaFM wrote, " Shahid Kapur is an actor to watch. He has all the qualities to hit the top slot. Not only is he good looking, but he is an amazing performer [sic], as well. Very original as a performer, the youngster has handled the dramatic and emotional moments with flourish. He is an exceptional dancer as well. All he needs to do is pick and choose his forthcoming assignments with care, so that the journey to the top slot is minus hiccups."[3]
The following year, Kapoor joined once again with director Ken Ghosh in the thriller Fida, where he co-starred alongside Kareena Kapoor and Fardeen Khan. The film failed to do well at the box office, yet Kapoor's performance was praised.[4] The Tribune concluded, "...Shahid Kapoor shines in his role. He looks fresh. As an impulsive emotional and innocent guy, who is sucked into crime because of these very qualities, he manages to evoke your sympathies."[5] He then appeared in the romantic comedy Dil Maange More opposite Soha Ali Khan, Tulip Joshi, and Ayesha Takia. His performance opened to mixed reviews; Rediff.com wrote that "Shahid tends to imitate Shahrukh Khan a lot. He does it well in some scenes, overdoes it in others..."[6]
Featuring in three more films in 2005, success continued to elude Kapoor.[7] However, his performance as Jaidev Vardhan, a man who is sucked into the world of money and greed in John M. Matthan's drama Shikhar was critically acclaimed, earning Kapoor his first Star Screen Award for Best Actor nomination. According to IndiaFM, "Shahid Kapoor is only improving with every film. He matches up to Ajay in almost all sequences."[8]
[edit]Breakthrough, 2006–present
In 2006, Kapoor starred in 36 China Town. Revolving around the story of seven individuals and a murder, the film became a moderate success despite receiving mixed reviews from critics.[9] Shortly after the release of the film, Kapoor's second release of the year, Priyadarshan's comedy Chup Chup Ke, followed. The film became a moderate success at the box office.[9]
Kapoor's last release of 2006 was Sooraj R. Barjatya's romantic drama Vivah, a film depicting the journey of two individuals from engagement to marriage. Co-starring alongside Amrita Rao, the film was received favourably by most critics and became one of the highest grossing films of the year as well as Kapoor's second biggest commercial success to date.[9][10] Kapoor's performance earned his second consecutive nomination for Best Actor at the Star Screen Awards. Taran Adarsh wrote, "Shahid Kapoor performs like never before. If he was super-cool in Ishq Vishk and showed flashes of brilliance in Fida, you've to watch him in Vivah to see his growth as a tremendous actor. He is exceptional in emotional sequences."[11]
During the summer of 2006, Kapoor embarked on his first world tour, the Rockstars Concert, along with Bollywood stars, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, John Abraham, Esha Deol, Mallika Sherawat and Zayed Khan.
In 2007, Kapoor appeared in two movies. His first release was Ahmed Khan's Fool and Final. The film received negative reviews and failed to do well at the box office; Kapoor's performance in the film did not receive postive reviews.[12][13] His next release, Imtiaz Ali's comedy-romance Jab We Met, opposite Kareena Kapoor, became one of the biggest hits of the year.[12] The film tells the story of two people with two very different personalities meeting each other on a train and how they fall in love eventually. Kapoor portrayed the character of Aditya Kashyap, a dejected young industrialist full of angst and despair. The film was well-received by critics and Kapoor's performance earned him several nominations for Best Actor at a number of award ceremonies, including Filmfare. Rajeev Masand from CNN-IBN noted, "Despite the risk of being overshadowed by Kareena, his co-star in the film, Shahid Kapur leaves an indelible impression with a performance that is understated and mature, and indeed the perfect foil to Kareena's boisterousness."[14]
Kapoor then appeared in the Aziz Mirza-directed film, Kismat Konnection (2008), opposite Vidya Balan. Upon release, the film under-performed at the box office.[15]
In 2009, Kapoor portrayed the dual role of twins Charlie and Guddu in the crime film Kaminey. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film was a critical and commercial success and received mostly positive reviews. Kapoor's performance was also critically acclaimed. Rajeev Masand from CNN-IBN wrote, "Shahid Kapur rises to the challenge of creating two entirely different characters out of Charlie and Guddu, and delivers a credible performance as each. Breaking out of his chocolate-boy image, he gives evidence of his potential when trusted with well-written roles."[16] Later in the year, Kapoor appeared in Anurag Singh's romantic comedy Dil Bole Hadippa! alongside Rani Mukerji.
In 2010, Kapoor appeared in Ken Ghosh's film Chance Pe Dance opposite Genelia D'Souza, in which he portrayed the role of a struggling Bollywood actor.[17] The movie received poor review from critics, but Kapoor's performance was well received.[18][19] He then starred in Ahmed Khan's Paathshala alongside Ayesha Takia and Nana Patekar followed by Yash Raj Films' Badmaash Company. [edit]Illegal possession of arms

Due to terrorist interactions, and supposed weapons possession, on 19 April 1993, Sanjay was arrested under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act (TADA)[4]. He spent 16 months in jail as an undertrial until he was granted bail in October 1995 by the Supreme Court of India.
In November 1993, a 90,000-page long primary chargesheet was filed against the 189 accused in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case including Sanjay.[5]
In March 2006, when framing muthar charges against extradited Abu Salem and co-accused Riyaz Siddiqui in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case, the prosecution said that Salem delivered 9 AK-56 rifles and some hand grenades to actor Sanjay Dutt at his Bandra house in the second week of January 1993.[6]
On 13 February 2007, the special branch of Mumbai police arrested Abdul Qayyum Abdul Karim Shaikh, a close aide of Dawood Ibrahim and wanted by Mumbai Police Special Task Force for his role in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts from Mumbai.[7] Qayuum had been named by Sanjay Dutt in his confessional statement. Sanjay had said that he met Qayuum in Dubai in September 1992 and bought a pistol from him. According to CBI, the pistol was sold to Sanjay at the instance of Dawood's brother Anees Ibrahim.[8]
On 31 July 2007, Dutt was sentenced to six years rigorous imprisonment for illegally possessing weapons.[9] At the same time, Dutt was also "cleared of terrorism conspiracy charges in the blasts" related to the 1993 bombings.[9] According to The Guardian, "The actor claimed he feared for his life after the notorious "Black Friday" bombings, which were allegedly staged by Mumbai's Muslim-dominated mafia in retaliation for deadly Hindu-Muslim clashes a few months earlier. But the judge, Pramod Kode, rejected this defence and also refused bail."[9] Dutt was immediately taken into custody and sent to Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail. As the sentence was pronounced, Dutt was "visibly shocked and was seen shivering and holding back tears".[4]
On 2 August 2007, Sanjay Dutt was moved from Arthur Road jail in Mumbai to the Yeravada Jail in Pune.[10] On 7 August 2007, Dutt appealed the sentence.[11] Later, on 20 August 2007, the Supreme Court of India granted Dutt interim bail. He was released after Yeravada Jail authorities received a copy of the court's bail order. The bail was valid until the time the special TADA court, which sentenced Dutt on 31 July, provides a copy of its judgment to him.[12] Dutt was released from jail on 23 August.[13] On 22 October 2007 Dutt was back in jail but again applied for bail. On 27 November 2007, Dutt was granted bail by the Supreme Court.[14] He currently has an appeal for an acquittal pending.[15] In January 2009, Dutt announced that he would contest the 2009 Lok Sabha elections on the Samajwadi Party ticket.[16] However, he withdrew his candidacy in March 2009 after the Supreme Court refused to suspend his conviction.[17]
Alleged involvement in the 1993 Mumbai bombings & the courts verdict . Sanjay Dutt was arrested on April 19, 1993 for alleged involvement in the March 12, 1993 bombings of Mumbai. Mumbai was engulfed in riots as the aftermath of the destruction of the Babri Masjid complex in Ayodhya in December 1992. The resulting riots claimed hundreds of lives and it is during this time that Sanjay Dutt claims to have asked his under world friends to provide him with a fire arm for protection. He however had not conveyed to police any threats to his life. As per the CBI case filed in a TADA court Abu Salem and his men went to Dutt's house on January 16, 1993 and gave him three AK-56 rifles, 25 hand grenades, one 9 mm pistol and cartridges. He returned two AK-56 rifles, hand grenades and cartridges to Hanif Kadawala and Samir Hingora but kept one AK-56 rifle with himself. It is alleged that after the blasts, Sanjay, who was shooting in Mauritius on learning that Mumbai Police is investigating his involvement in the blasts instructed his friends to destroy the rifle . On Dutt's instructions, the rifle was destroyed by Yusuf Nullawalla, Kersi Adjenia, Rusi Mulla and Ajay Marwah. The rifle and cartridges formed part of the consignment, which was smuggled into India at Dighi Port on January 9, 1993, in pursuance to the conspiracy as the CBI alleged. Dutt denies the charges that he was involved with the larger conspiracy to blow up Mumbai, but acknowledges that he personally knew the other accused. On learning that Mumbai police was looking to question Sanjay Dutt, his father, Mr. Sunil Dutt asked him to immediately return from Mauritius. Sanjay however instructed his friends to destroy the rifle and then called the then Mumbai Police Commissioner of Police and informed him of his plans to return to India immediately, where he was arrested upon landing. After arrest in 1993 Sanjay Dutt spent 18 months in the jail and was released on bail. During this time, Sanjay Dutt got tremendous support from arguably the entire Indian Film Industry, but more surprisingly in the face of the serious allegation his fans and the people of Mumbai supported him through the ordeal, in spite of a negative portrayal of the star in all forms of media.[3]. The vast majority of Indians considered the charges ludicrous, though their reasons varied, as is evident in Shatrughan Sinha's sarcastic reaction: "Don't be ridiculous! He doesn't even know what a stock exchange is.[4]. On November 21, 2005 Abu Salem reportedly confirmed the involvement of Sanjay Dutt.[5] On November 28, 2006, A special TADA court held actor Sanjay Dutt guilty under the Arms Act for possessing weapons, but acquitted him of terrorism, and conspiracy charges. [6] "During my reasoning I have not found him (Sanjay) to be a terrorist," Judge P D Kode said in the open court. Sanjay Dutt has been given bail till December 19 when he has to surrender before the court. His jail sentence will be known after that,he can appeal to higher courts. As nearly 90 people are convicted the Judge P Kode did not pronounce the sentence at once.[1] Sanjay Dutt's bail has been extended till 18 January and the actor is willing to visit his daughter Trishal during the christmas vacation and take decision regarding his father's estate after his death.[2] However on 18Th January 2007 Sanjay Dutt faced another shock. One ====Abhimanyu Altekar (35)==== Filed an Intervener’s Application against Sanjay Dutt and further stated that He deserves no mercy. As per Abhimanyu’s application Sanjay Dutt was 33+ and enough mature when he brought illegal weapons and also knowing difference between legal and illegal weapons as he was already having legal weapon(s). So his act can not be considered as a “Mistake made due to lack of knowledge”. Sanjay Dutt should not get benefit of bond for his family, as he was on bail for 12+ years and given a chance to earn and make provisions for his family if he gets jail sentence for his offence. His career remained intact, successful, smooth in spite of his role of an accused in Bomb-Blast case. He has minted a lot of money due to his lucrative profession. So he has used his chance of bail (i.e. mercy to make provisions for his family in advance.) The application filed by Abhimanyu Altekar was logical and right on merit but it was opposed by prosecution and advocate of Sanjay Dutt due to legal issue of Locus Standi. However later Abhimanyu claimed that he has Locus Standi because he is an aggrieved person due to act of all of the accused in the matter of Sanjay Dutt and respondent who is State Govt. of Maharashtra. There was strong reaction among people due to suspicious stand of prosecution and State Govt. of Maharashtra. Though the intervener application filed by Abhimanyu was rejected by court, it was was strong enough and sufficient to the ignite issue of Suspicious Stand of prosecution and State Govt. of Maharashtra. Just after few days of this application relatives of convicted people from 1993’s Bomb- blast case protested against , Sanjay Dutt, court and also against Suspicious Stand of prosecution and State Govt. of Maharashtra. Therefore Abhimanyu became ‘Virtual Intervener’ in the matter of Sanjay DuttAbhimanyu’s application indirectly raised doubt against of prosecution and State Govt. of Maharashtra and faith about Indian Judiciary. On the other hand Abhimanyu was also an accused in another bomb-blast case and got ‘Clear Acquittal’ In the same incident there was no any casualty due to said Bomb-blast. it is much older case of 20-21 December 1990 than sanjay’s matter , And ended after 16 years. Abhimanyu stated that he was falsely implicated as he was eye-witness of the same crime for which he was arrested. But to save real culprits and to make show of prosecution and investigation he was arrested and prosecuted. He also says that he has sufficient evidence against real culprits who planted a bomb in his case, but State Govt. of Maharashtra didn’t take it. It is also noticed that Abhimanyu was implicated in several criminal cases (about 12) and so far he is not convicted in a single case ! and still facing 3 more criminal cases . But his life was ruined due to many cases, he was physically and brutally tortured . His stories were published in news papers like Freedom Fighter. But could not save him from loss of 16 years, defamation and physical torture. There is no provision for justified compensation in India if someone proves that he was falsely implicated and prosecuted in a criminal case. The Indian law can give max. compensation of 100 Indian Rs.( Just 2.08$ ) to such victim from concerned investigation officer. Sanjay’s bail is extended till 20Th February 2007. Other controversies In 2001 he was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate about alleged hawala deals in connection with the probe into the underworld-Bollywood nexus.[7] No charges were filed against the actor. Trasnscripts/Tapes proving underworld connections On the night of November 11, Sanjay Dutt spoke on the telephone for 45 minutes to the underworld don Chhota Shakeel in Karachi. The audio tapes show Sanjay try to please shakeel with a gift and talk about several Bollywood/Underworld figures. [8] In 2002, it was reported that he beat up a rickshaw driver after an altercation. Apparently the latter rammed his rickshaw into the actor's car, while trying to overtake at night.[citation needed] Sanjay Dutt's bail has been extended till 18 January and the actor is willing to visit his daughter Trishal during the X'mas vacation and take decision regarding his father's estate after his death.(Verified Source: BBC online)

Quotes
(About Munnabhai M.B.B.S.) "It's a kind of satire on the medical profession, but at the same time, it's a fun film, though not a slapstick comedy. The jokes and dialogs aren't written to evoke a forced laughter; I'd say it's situational. Munnabhai is comical because of the way he is. But at the core, it's a very emotional film. It will be a really fantastic film. The script is amazingly hilarious. It's not an inspired story, it's original. Munnabhai was one role I couldn't refuse, as it's in a league of its own. Suddenly, due to one jhatka in his life, he decides to become a doctor. So how a bhai enrolls in a medical college and goes to study medicine is very funny as an idea."
