Bono Had Emergency Back Surgery
Bono (50), who is the lead singer of U2, had emergency back surgery in Munich, Germany today after he was injured. It was most likely a ruptured disc.
Bono’s real name is Paul Hewson.
As a result of the injury the band’s 360-Degree June 3 tour show in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been postponed.
The hope is for Bono to heal quickly, but this is back surgery. He won’t be back in good form for many weeks.
