They’ve been having relationship problems as of late, and now Heidi Montag has moved out of her house with husband Spencer Pratt and into the home of one of his friends.

According to a report, the “Hills” babe has been shacking up with Cougar Zank, a former Marine who is now a bodyguard. Spencer told press, “He’s helping me write a script,” though it seems his interests may be divided now.
