Despite an intense standoff between Lesnar and The Undertaker at UFC 121 this weekend -- in which Undie challenged Brock to a fight -- UFC president Dana White tells us, "Brock Lesnar is still under contract with the UFC ... he is not going to wrestle in the WWE. He cannot wrestle, box or fight anywhere else.”

Back when Brock fought with the WWE, he and Taker had a pretty nasty rivalry -- and The Undertaker claims he still has "personal" issues with the former UFC champ.

So far, no word from The Undertaker.

Photographer Garry Sun filed an application for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming on October 19, Tila and the armed men drove to the Texas house of his alleged girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, kidnapped her, somehow got Shyla on a plane and flew her to L.A.

Sun claims Tila then threatened Shyla ... If anyone notified cops, she and Garry would be toast.

A judge has not ruled on the restraining order.

Tila says Sun made the whole thing up and she's calling her lawyer.

UPDATE: Tila's lawyer calls the allegations, "patently absurd" ... and insists Sun is simply filing the lawsuit to "get back at [Tila]" after he was fired from his role on Tila's website.

The lawyer adds, "[Sun] will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations."

Katy Perry completely understood when Rihanna told her that she had to work in the studio and was unable to travel to India to attend her friend's wedding.

Steven Gerrard believes that England now have a tough road to qualify for Euro 2012.

England were back in action last night at Wembley as they faced Montenegro. But it was not the result that the team or the fans wanted as it ended in a goalless draw.

Gerrard was not on captain duty last night, the arm band given back to Rio Ferdinand, but it was a fairly uninspired performance from England as they created very few chances.

Montenegro now top the group, but England do have a game in hand, and Gerrard believes that they are going to have a tough job if they want that automatic qualifying spot.

Speaking to The Sun the Liverpool man said: "This group's going to be a long race. We started the campaign really well. Unfortunately, we never got that 1-0 win that we were looking for against Montenegro.

But Gerrard insisted that England never underestimated Montenegro and they knew that the side would be good defensively.

"You only have to look at their three previous results, three 1-0 wins, so they're very good defensively. And they try to push on the counter-attack to get the breakthrough. At the end we nearly lost it when the guy hit the bar."

She said: "Lately I've been drunk dialling a lot, which is really weird. I literally have no idea what I've done and I get calls the next day, saying, 'Listen to this voicemail.'

Usually it's just me hiccupping and saying, 'I love you guys!' Or, 'I just wanted to say hey!' This has never happened to me before by the way. It's just started to happen to me now, although I'm not sure why!

Jessica insists she is a great person to be around when she is drunk because she just wants to dance and have a good time.

She added to Stylist magazine: "I'm a very fun, giggly drunk. I don't get mean and I'm not one of those people you get worried about. I just get very dancey and silly and fun.

During a Monday night soak, a neighbor was infuriated by the noise coming from Heigl and Kelley's hot tub and shouted obscenities at the couple from over their fence.

The couple's security guard called the police, who came to investigate later that night.

The cops came to the conclusion that no crime was committed, so they went on their way.

Will this mark the end of the Hot Tub Wars?

As long as Katherine Heigl's hot tub makes noise and her neighbor shouts profane language, we're thinking this war may continue.

This is the evidence that allegedly surfaced earlier this year, and that the ex-Playboy model and sports columnist will not confirm or deny on the record.

The exchanges took place during the frequently-retired QB's one season with the New York Jets. The smoking-hot Sterger covered the team as a reporter.

Again, Jenn Sterger did not release this. Everything was acquired from a third party, and it's possible the dude communicating with Jenn was not Brett Favre.

However, getting a Mississippi cell, taking some voice lessons, and implicating Jets handlers and others for no other reason than to mess with Jenn Sterger?

Well, that would be an elaborate prank.
